Jen Houtti

Jen Houtti is a seasoned analytics professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Analytics Engineering at Hometap, a position held since January 2022. In this role, Jen spearheaded the establishment of the Analytics Engineering function, leading efforts to consolidate and restructure data models, ensuring intuitive access for various stakeholders. Key achievements include the creation of centralized data objects for SQL access in Snowflake, the publication of restructured data models in Tableau, and the implementation of extensive output tests for data integrity. Previously, Jen held positions as Manager of Business Intelligence and Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Hometap, driving BI functionality and stakeholder engagement.
