James Chia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in membership operations and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as Assistant Manager of Membership Operations at HomeTeamNS since July 2021, James leads a team focused on enhancing member experiences and streamlining processes. Previously, as Senior Executive in Membership Services, James directed efforts to ensure smooth member journeys and successfully spearheaded projects for membership acquisition. Significant past roles include Capability Development Executive at SG Enable and CaseTrust Executive at the Consumers Association of Singapore, where James contributed to accreditation standards and strategic partnerships, leading to measurable increases in accreditation rates. James also holds a Bachelor in Business, Marketing from SIM Global Education and a Diploma in Business Studies from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

With a total of 5 clubhouses located at Balestier, Bukit Batok, Chinatown, Khatib and Bedok, it provides a platform for over 200,000 HomeTeamNS members, their families and friends to network and build bonds through recreational, sports, social and educational activities.
