Charles Sivley

Charles Sivley currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at HomeTrust Bank, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Charles was the SVP - Chief Information Officer at American National Bank and Trust Company from November 2019 to June 2024, where significant achievements included the implementation of an internal Helpdesk, substantial contract savings, and a swift transition of workforce to remote operations during the pandemic. Earlier experience includes serving as SVP Chief Information Officer at Highlands Union Bank, where Charles successfully resolved regulatory issues, and as Chief Information Officer at First State Bank of the Southeast, where strategic IT alignment was a key focus. Charles also held leadership roles at Southern Company Services, supervising a sizable IT support team. Educationally, Charles completed the Digital Banking School at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2021 and holds a degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
