Robin Sauer has a diverse work experience. They started as a Studentischer Praktikant at [DIDES] - Demokratie, Entwicklung, Sicherheit in 2012, followed by similar positions at Result Group GmbH - Global Risk and Crisis Management in 2013 and Lufthansa in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Graduate Student at Result Group GmbH, where they were involved in marketing event organization and financial planning. From 2018 onwards, Robin worked at homify, starting as a Business Development Trainee and progressing to roles such as Business Development & Team Lead Customer Success Global, Senior Project Manager & CSM Global Strategy, Team Lead Enterprise Global & Senior Project Manager, and currently as the Head of Enterprise.

Later, from 2016 to 2017, Robin pursued a Master's degree in Marketing at Queen Mary University of London. In addition to formal education, Robin also completed a Leadership and Teambuilding Programme in March 2004 at Bramley Lakes Ltd.
