Leland Franklin

Leland Franklin is a dynamic leader and entrepreneur, serving as the Founder of Kenshō Leadership since September 2019, where the focus is on insights into personal nature. Currently mentoring at UC Berkeley's SkyDeck and supporting the Haas School of Business as an MBA Graduate Student Instructor, Leland has a diverse background in leadership coaching across multiple companies, including roles at Creative Crisis Leadership, Level Up EQ, and Modern Health. Previous experiences include positions at Clever as Head of Partner Engineering and GoPro as Manager of Engineering Program Management. Leland holds an MBA with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley, and has furthered education at prestigious institutions such as Brown University and Stanford University.
