Oksana Stepanchuk has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting from 2012, they worked at Advego as a Content Manager for two years. In 2016, they joined Dybok.ua as a Human Resources Marketing Manager and stayed there until February 2020. Oksana then moved to Honeycomb Software in February 2020 and started as a Recruiter, responsible for searching .NET developers. Later, they took on the role of Client Success Manager from May 2020 to September 2020.
Oksana Stepanchuk completed their education at Rivne State Humanitarian University from 2010 to 2015, earning a Specialist degree in Management Information Systems, General. In addition to their formal education, Oksana has obtained several certifications. In November 2019, they completed the Google Digital Workshop, and in August 2019, they obtained a certification in "Кадры решают все" from LABA. Most recently, in February 2022, they obtained a certification in Learning LinkedIn Recruiter from LinkedIn.
