Katie Lackey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent management and learning. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Management & Learning at Honeywell since January 2020, Katie oversees the enterprise career and succession process while managing a significant learning budget and leading a global team. Previously, as the first Vice President of Learning at Honeywell, Katie implemented a comprehensive learning strategy and expanded resources for employee development. With prior experience as a Learning & Development Consultant at Bank of America and co-founding Frontier Academy, Katie has consistently driven transformative learning initiatives for large organizations. Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality and Tourism Management from James Madison University.
