Hazly holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Bristol, a Master of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Malaysia Certificate of Education from The Malay College Kuala Kangsar (MCKK).
