Prior roles include Assistant Vice President of Corporate Communications at Measat Broadcast Network Systems Sdn Bhd (Astro), responsible for strategic communication plans and crisis management, and Account Director at Weber Shandwick, managing operations in consumer marketing and healthcare. Vivian holds a degree in English Language Studies from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and completed a summer programme at Yonsei University.
