Prior to this role, Janice worked at Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC as a Corporate and Litigation Paralegal and E-Discovery Manager, where responsibilities included maintaining corporate calendars and managing e-discovery processes. Janice began career at Wise & Marsac as a Litigation Paralegal, focusing on personal injury and toxic tort defense, specifically managing a significant number of asbestos cases. Janice holds a BA in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Adrian College and a Paralegal Certificate from the Academy of Court Reporting.
