Jill R. Pace has a diverse work experience across various industries. Jill R. started their career at Skelgas Propane, Inc. in 1994 as a Manager Partner Services. Jill R. then moved on to West Publishing / West Bar Review as a Regional Manager in 1996. In 1997, they joined Templeton & Associates as a General Manager, where they successfully orchestrated a branch turnaround and oversaw the start-up of a contract attorney division. In 1999, they joined Special Counsel (MPS Group) as an Executive Director, where they built and managed a new branch and led various business development and recruitment initiatives. In 2001, they transitioned into the role of Senior Business Development Director, managing relationships with top decision makers and overseeing contract legal professionals. In 2005, they joined Xact Data Discovery as a General Manager, eventually becoming Vice President of Business Development. In this role, they managed multiple locations, led national sales campaigns, and generated significant annual revenues. Finally, in 2012, Jill joined Honigman LLP as the Division Operating Officer, responsible for strategic planning and overall sales, before becoming the Chief Human Resources Officer in 2017.
Jill R. Pace has a well-rounded education history that includes a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Wayne State University Law School, which they earned from 1988 to 1991. Prior to that, Jill obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in French and Political Science from the University of Michigan between 1984 and 1987. It is unknown whether they pursued any formal education before attending the University of Michigan, as there is an entry for a school called MCHS, but no start or end year or degree name recorded. Additionally, Jill acquired a Diploma of Political Studies in International Relations from Université D'Aix-Marseille III.
In terms of additional certifications, Jill obtained the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in July 2018. Furthermore, they have been admitted to the Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois Bars, although their current status is listed as "inactive."
