Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for providing top-notch support? We’re looking for a Desktop Support Technician to keep our business running smoothly in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. You’ll work hands-on with employees at all levels—troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving our IT infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and more.
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Work alongside our corporate helpdesk team to resolve open Jira tickets.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment for employees, including new hires.
  • Support Microsoft 365 and other enterprise applications.
  • Maintain IT security, including software updates, patches, and threat response.
  • Assist in IT projects and on-site/remote user support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in desktop support, troubleshooting Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android OS.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience imaging PCs and managing software licensing.
  • Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
