Leon C.

Leon C. has been working in the customer service industry since 2001. Leon started their career at Broward Health as a Patient Access Team Lead and Nutritional Service Aide. In 2014, Leon C. moved to Conifer Health Solutions as a Patient Access Representative. In 2016, Leon C. began working at Uber as a Driver and at Akumin as an Order Intake Specialist & PIP/WC Specialist. In 2018, Leon C. became an Online Proctor Team Lead at Honorlock, providing helpdesk and remote support via instant messaging or phone call, to students and facility instructors for a proctoring service. Leon also monitored and maintained intuition's online software and networks.

Leon C. obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix in 2019. Prior to this, they attended Whiddon Rodgers Education Center from 2000 to 2001, and South Plantation High School from 1997 to 2001. In addition, they obtained two certifications from LinkedIn in 2020: CompTIA Network+ (N10-007) Cert Prep: 1 Understanding Networks and CompTIA Network+ (N10-007) Cert Prep: 5 Securing TCP/IP.
