Randy Pierce

Randy Pierce is an experienced professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and military operations. Currently serving as Plant Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at Hood Industries, Inc. since January 2020, Randy has a proven track record in leading teams to achieve outstanding results in lumber manufacturing and safety excellence. Prior to this role, Randy was a Production Supervisor at Georgia-Pacific LLC, focusing on team cohesion and professional development from September 2015 to January 2020. From May 2009 to August 2015, Randy held various positions in the United States Marine Corps, including Quality Control Manager, where leadership contributed to sustainable performance in mission capability and safety. Additionally, Randy has extensive training in logistics vehicle operations through several military courses, complemented by a high school diploma from Northeast Jones High School.
