Will Cairns is an experienced content operations and A&R professional currently serving as the Content Operations & A&R Lead at Hook since October 2024. Previously, Will worked as an A&R Scout at Republic Records from April to November 2024 and as an A&R Coordinator at Amori Sounds between April and August 2024, focusing on talent scouting and evaluation. Will's career began at Splice, first as a Content Production Intern in early 2021 and later as a Content Producer for X10 and Capsun Pro Audio until January 2024. Will holds a BM in Music Technology from New York University, where participation included the Music and Audio Research Lab and a minor in Business of Entertainment, Media, & Technology, along with a high school diploma from Catalina Foothills High School, where involvement included music performance and athletics.
