Hook + Ladder is a digital marketing agency that works with established brands who have proven their product/market fit but need help capturing or stealing new market share. We solve problems that fall into one or more of these three buckets: 1. STRATEGIC GAP - The organization struggles with how to position themselves in the marketplace (perceived to be selling the same thing that everyone else is also selling) 2. MARKETING GAP - They know their customers and why their products/services are the best option, but they don't know how to market to them or how to gauge if their efforts are working (what, when or how). 3. OPERATIONAL GAP - They know how they are supposed to market to their target audience, but just don't have the executional ability or capacity for it.
