Martina Radovanovic has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as a Flight Attendant at Emirates Airline. In 2012, they worked as a Marketing and Project Assistant at Alfatec Research Company. From 2013 to 2014, Martina served as an HR and Project Assistant at Tico Computers, where they were responsible for recruitment logistics, maintaining employee records, and performing project assistance duties. In 2014, they interned at EY as an HR Intern, supporting recruitment and staffing logistics, talent management, and administration of web portals. Martina then joined Sberbank Srbija a.d. Beograd as an HR Assistant from 2014 to 2016. Martina worked as an HR Generalist at TeleSign from 2016 to 2019, before currently serving as an HR Manager at Hooloovoo since March 2019.
Martina Radovanovic completed their Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Economics from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Niš, Serbia, between 2003 and 2009.
