Elena Palumbo Ctdp

Elena Palumbo CTDP has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at HOOPP since April 2016, where previous roles included Vice President of Human Resources and AVP of Talent and Inclusion. Prior to this, Elena held various positions at Scotiabank from January 2009 to April 2016, including Senior Manager of Global Learning Programs and Manager of Learning and Development. Earlier experience includes a Learning Specialist role at CIBC from 2005 to 2008 and a Portfolio Leader position at CBC from 1993 to 2005. Elena holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Toronto and additional qualifications in Adult Education and learning from Adler International Learning and the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto.
