Jo Ferrer is an experienced analyst with a strong background in trade settlement management and operations within the financial services industry. Currently serving as an Analyst at HOOPP since November 2022, Jo previously held multiple roles at RBC Capital Markets from March 2019 to November 2022, including Senior Analyst in US Securities Settlements and Cost Analyst in Trade Expense Management. Prior experience includes working as a Client Advisor at RBC, where skills in client experience, sales, and fraud management were developed. Jo holds a Risk Management certification from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute.
