Justin Moulton

Justin Moulton is a seasoned product management professional currently serving as a Product Manager at HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) since January 2025. Prior to this role, Justin held positions at OMERS from July 2020 to December 2024, including Product Owner and Senior Business Designer. Experience also includes a tenure at Monitor Deloitte from August 2017 to July 2020, where roles encompassed Senior Consultant and Consultant, along with a summer consulting position in 2016.
