Maureen Geraldez, CPA, CGA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in pension accounting and operations. Currently serving as Associate Director of Pension Accounting Operations at HOOPP since October 2016, Maureen oversees pension benefits processes, tax operations, and compliance activities while improving process efficiency. Prior to this role, Maureen held positions including Senior Manager and Manager in Pension and Corporate Accounting at HOOPP, where responsibilities encompassed tax compliance and managing various accounting functions. With prior experience as Team Leader/Analyst at CIBC Mellon and Bank Officer at Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Maureen has demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and monetary policy research. Maureen holds a CPA CGA designation and recently completed a Project Management Certificate program from McMaster University.
