Victor Rajic

Victor Rajic has extensive experience in the pension and client services sectors, currently serving as the Lead for Processes and On-Line Tools at HOOPP since May 2003. In this role, Victor manages vendor relationships for member communication, collaborates with inter-departmental teams to enhance the member experience, and oversees project execution from requirements to implementation. Previously, Victor was the Team Lead at the Client Contact Centre, focusing on staff development and client service excellence. Victor's earlier career included positions at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan as Team Coordinator and Pension Benefits Specialist, where responsibilities included managing team productivity and providing pension consultation services. Victor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
