Wendy Cheng

Wendy Cheng, CPA, CA, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Compensation & Reporting at HOOPP, focusing on board reporting and strategic compensation projects. Previously, Wendy held several senior management positions at OMERS, including Senior Manager of FP&A and Senior Manager of Incentive Forecasting & Analytics, where responsibilities included redesigning management reports, establishing incentive forecasting models, and preparing board presentations. Wendy's extensive experience also includes roles at CST Consultants Inc., Accenture, Deutsche Bank, KPMG Canada, and an international internship with AIESEC in Togo. Wendy holds an MBA from INSEAD, is a Chartered Accountant, and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business.
