David Blahnik

David Blahnik serves as the Head Men’s Soccer Coach and Assistant Professor of Kinesiology at Hope College since May 2022 and holds the role of MLS Next Head Coach and Goalkeeper Director at Midwest United FC since July 2022. Additionally, David has been a Youth Soccer Coach for the Michigan Fire Juniors since December 2019, focusing on the 04 and 13 Boys Teams. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Sales and Business Development at Diehard from June 2019 to November 2022, Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at Hope College from May 2019 to February 2020, and Head Men's Soccer Coach/Professor/Athletics Administration at Olivet Nazarene University from August 2006 to May 2018. David also managed at Chicago Dough Company from January 2006 to May 2012. Educationally, David holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Olivet Nazarene University (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Sports Management from the same institution (2002-2007).
