Jan Trefzer is an experienced hospice and healthcare professional with a career spanning over two decades. Jan held various key positions, including Enrollment Specialist at Hope Hospice since September 2017 and Business Development Manager at AfterHours Nursing Triage from November 2015 to June 2017. Previous roles include Program Development Manager at South Florida Palliative Medicine Specialists and Partner Services Manager at Hospice Partners On Call. Jan also served as AVP of Implementations and Client Services at Avivia Health, Director of Implementations and Account Management at Matria Health Systems, and Director of Implementations and Provider Relations at Quality Oncology. Jan is a graduate of Michigan State University and retired from Hope Hospice in August 2020.
