Kristan S. has over 20 years of experience in technology and leadership roles. In their most recent position as the Director of Technology Operations and Innovation at HopeWell Inc, they developed and implemented a technology strategy to support operational transformation and increased efficiency. They also oversaw the implementation of Microsoft's Power Platform and the Non-Profit Common Data Model to improve operational efficiency and data utilization.
