Lauren Lé Blanc is a dedicated professional in the field of child welfare, currently serving as the Director of the Board of Directors at York Region Children's Aid Society since June 2023. In addition to this role, Lauren is an advocate and member of the OVOV One Vision One Voice Youth Action Committee with the Ontario Association of Children’s Aid Societies, focusing on support for 2SLGBTQ+ youth involved with the child welfare system. As a High Conflict Family Law Mediator at LLB Family Mediation Services, Lauren specializes in child protection mediation and family law issues. Serving as the Director of Strategic Operations for Generation Seven Community Support Services, Lauren works to support and advocate for youth aged 13-27 within the Greater Toronto Area. Previous experience includes mentoring with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto.
