Seif Haridi

Co-Founder at Hopsworks

Seif Haridi has a wealth of experience in academia and research. Seif began their career at KTH, The Royal Institute of Technology, where they held the positions of Adjunct Professor from July 1986 to 1997, and then Professor from 1997 onwards. In 1997, they also joined RISE SICS as a Chief Scientist. In 2010, Haridi became the Leader of Cloud computing research action line at Eit ictlabs, a position they held until 2011, when they became the Leader of cloud computing research at EIT ICT Labs. Furthermore, Haridi co-founded Logical Clocks in 2018. Overall, their work experience spans over three decades and includes leadership roles, research, and teaching in the field of computer science.

Seif Haridi pursued their education from 1976 to 1981 at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Computer Science.
