Christopher Naidoo

Christopher Naidoo is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the automotive and electronics industries. As the Founder and CEO of Sigma International, established in 2003, Christopher has successfully built the company into a key supplier of interior and exterior decorative trim for major automotive brands. In addition to Sigma, Christopher is the Owner of Adam Electronics, focusing on design and manufacturing solutions for electronic assemblies. Active in leadership roles, Christopher serves on the Regional Board of YPO Mid America, as a member of the Board of Directors for the Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce, and as an Advisory Board Member for Horizon Bank. Previous experiences include significant positions at Ford Motor Company and FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where notable contributions included managing supplier design systems and establishing business strategies for international markets. Christopher holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from Wayne State University and participation in executive programs at Harvard Business School and MIT.
