Aleksandra Novikova

Aleksandra Novikova is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment and marketing. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Horizon Media, Aleksandra has also held the positions of Director and Team Lead in the same department. Prior experience includes a role in Marketing & Recruiting at Delta 9 Search and as an Executive Recruiter at Rockwood Search. Aleksandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Technology Management from New York University, which was obtained between 2013 and 2017, and completed studies at Mayfield High School from 2009 to 2013.
