Emily Zahuta

Emily Zahuta currently serves as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Horizon3.ai and as an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners, both positions held since late 2024. Previously, Emily was with Lattice from October 2021 to November 2024, where responsibilities included senior and director-level roles in talent acquisition, and at Segment from January 2017 to October 2021, managing all recruiting operations. Emily's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Betts Recruiting, overseeing growth in European markets, and various recruitment and sales positions at the American Heart Association, Sugar Rush Events, and Sequoia Hospital. Emily holds a BA in Communication with an emphasis on Health Communication from Santa Clara University, and has also studied abroad in Florence, Italy.
