Jack Scargill

Jack Scargill is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in technology sales and management. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland at Horizon3.ai since November 2024, Jack previously held the position of Regional Director at Rubrik, Inc., where responsibilities included leading the UK&I commercial team and expanding efforts to the BENELUX and Nordics regions. Jack's track record at Rubrik includes impressive sales performance, consistently exceeding targets and acquiring 21 new logos. Prior to this, Jack spent over a decade at Softcat plc, rising through various roles from Account Manager to Sales Manager and Strategic Client Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing key accounts and leading multiple sales teams. Jack holds a 2:1 degree in Accounting and Business from the University of Central Lancashire, completed in 2009.
