Maja Kostova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business management. Currently serving as Site Manager at Hornetsecurity since January 2021, Maja is responsible for compliance, strategic government relations, and employee lifecycle management in Macedonia. Prior to this, Maja worked as HR and Business Support Executive at Altaro Software, overseeing talent acquisition and HR planning. Maja's career also includes a significant role as an Advisor at the Agency for Foreign Investments and Export Promotion of the Republic of Macedonia, where responsibilities involved direct communication with foreign investors and strategic market analysis. Maja holds an M.A. in European Integration and Regionalism from the University of Graz and a B.Sc. in Language Interpretation and Translation from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje.
