Sean O'Connell

Sean O'Connell is an experienced leader in governance and risk management with a current role as Head of Governance and Risk at Hort Innovation, where expertise is applied to enhance Australia's horticulture industry through significant investments in research and development. O'Connell also serves as Treasurer and a Board Member at Addi Road Community Organisation, contributing to various community development programs. Previous positions include Chief Executive Officer at the NSW Rural Assistance Authority, where government assistance programs for primary producers and small businesses were managed, and multiple roles within the NSW Government, including Chief of Staff and Senior Policy Advisor, focusing on policy analysis and implementation.
