Our role is to help hospices grow more rapidly through effective management practices that focus on the core strengths of the hospice leadership while outsourcing non-core areas to more effective business partners. Areas to consider outsourcing are: billing and collections, electronic medical records, compliance training, policy and procedure development and implementation, customer relationship management, IT, M&A or recapitalization.
