Currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Hospitality Partners since March 2024, Thomas has previously held key positions including Director at Rehoboth Beach Country Club and Executive Chef at Jane Doe Lounge. With a background in operations management spanning over two decades, Thomas has successfully developed profit/loss monitoring systems, trained staff, and managed multiple restaurant openings. Notable accomplishments include owning and operating several restaurants such as Thyme Restaurant and multiple venues under Bao 111, overseeing significant staff and operational growth, and contributing to the success of iconic NYC dining establishments.
