Mari Sifo

Mari Sifo, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Host Hotels & Resorts since November 2022, while also holding a board member position at Compt and membership at Chief. Previous roles include Senior Vice President, Chief HR & Brand Officer at SWM International, and Sr HR Director Global Operations at CP Kelco. Mari has extensive HR leadership experience from companies such as Mondelēz International, UTC Power, and United Technologies, among others. Educational credentials include an MBA in Management and Human Resources from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and completion of an Executive Leadership Program at the University of Virginia - Darden Graduate School of Business Administration. Additionally, Mari participated in the LEAD Arizona program in 1998.
