Currently serving as Chief Product & Technology Officer at Hostaway since June 2024, Rick focuses on enhancing vacation rental offerings through impactful product and technology teams. Previously, as Interim CTO at VoxSmart, Rick led significant improvements in development efficiency and deployment frequency, driving revenue growth. In addition, Rick was a Partner at Seedcloud, providing technical leadership and advisory services to help teams scale effectively. Earlier roles at GfK included Head of Engineering, where Rick successfully launched a predictive analytics SaaS platform, and various positions in architecture and engineering, emphasizing team growth and technological advancement.
