Barry McCabe

Barry McCabe currently serves as Chief People Officer at Hostelworld Group since September 2023. Previously, Barry held multiple HR leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from August 2018 to August 2023, including Director of HR for Software Development EMEA and various positions overseeing HR for Ireland and EMEA regions. Prior experience includes Senior HR Director at Mondelēz International, responsible for HR functions across Europe, and earlier roles at Cadbury plc and other organizations in HR management and employee relations. Barry holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Human Resources from Dublin City University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Media Studies from Technological University Dublin.
