Vessela Koleva

Vessela Koleva has extensive experience in technical support and language education. Currently, Vessela serves as a Tier II Technical Support Analyst at Hostway Services, Inc., where responsibilities include handling complex support incidents related to MS Exchange, SharePoint, Office 365, and more. Previously, Vessela worked as a Tier I Technical Support Representative, addressing customer inquiries related to website backups and email services. Earlier in career, Vessela served as an In-house Translator at Eurotest-Control EAD, providing translations of ISO and ASTM standards and other documents. Vessela also has a solid background in language training, having worked as an English Language Trainer at Ruvex Professional Training Centre and as a Business English Teacher at Bels&Belin Language School. Vessela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
