Friso Spinhoven is an experienced professional in data protection and privacy, currently serving as a Data Protection Officer a.i. at Hot ITem Conclusion and as a Lead Responsible AI Consultant at Conclusion AI360. With a strong history in privacy advisory roles, Friso has developed and implemented privacy governance frameworks, navigated GDPR compliance, and managed privacy assessments for various organizations, including Dutch public authorities and private sector companies. Previous positions include Senior Manager at Innopay, where expertise in digital transactions and legal consultancy was applied, and a Coordinating Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Finance, focused on payment services legislation.
