Eric Dye

Eric Dye has worked in the software industry since 1994. Theirfirst job was as a Sr. Programmer/Analyst at Mission Hills Mortgage. Eric then moved to New Century Mortgage in 1998, where they held four different positions, including Assistant Vice President Application Development, Assistant Vice President Product Management, Lead Sr. Systems Analyst, and Senior Systems Analyst. In 2007, they became Vice President - Systems Manager CMG at Union Bank of California. After a year, they joined Ingram Micro as Executive Director of Global Ecommerce. In 2017, they became Software Engineering Manager at loanDepot and in 2018, they were promoted to VP of Product Delivery at HOTB Software.

Eric Dye attended Vanguard University of Southern California, where they studied Business Organizational Management, and Orange Coast College, where they studied Emergency Medicine. Eric obtained a Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in January 2017 and a certification from Gallup University's Great Manager Program in January 2003.
