Jennifer Malone is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in managing transportation accounts and software programs. Currently serving as the Director of Software Programs at Hotchkiss Insurance since June 2006, Jennifer has previously held key positions at USI Insurance Services, Summit Global Partners, and ROBERTS & CROW. Notably, Jennifer managed a select portfolio of major transportation accounts and led a department supporting over 150 accounts while overseeing human resource functions. Jennifer holds an MBA in Information Technology Management from The University of Dallas and a BBA in Business/Insurance from the University of North Texas. Professional designations include CIC and CRM.
