John Siladie

John Siladie is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and product delivery. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Engine, John facilitates collaboration between key departments to deliver exceptional products. Previously, as VP of Engineering, John successfully expanded the engineering team from 3 to over 130 members, contributing to the company's growth into a unicorn status. Additional roles include Director of Engineering at Travelers Haven, Founder/CTO of ExpenseBot and 60mo, and various positions in software development, including key contributions at FreeAgent and Deem. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from The University of Akron.
