Vander Pecequillo

Vander Pecequillo, CPC-A I CPICC, is currently the Global Compliance and Legal Manager at Hotmart since September 2020, overseeing a team of 12 and managing litigation and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, the Netherlands, and Spain. With previous roles as Senior Legal Manager and Legal Manager at Hotmart, Vander has extensive experience in handling labor, product regulatory, marketing, and intellectual property legal issues. Prior experience includes positions at Airbnb, Groupon, ISS A/S, and various law firms, with particular emphasis on labor law and litigation. Vander's education includes ongoing postgraduate studies in Digital Law and Compliance, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
