Marek Ondrejcik has over six years of work experience in various roles within the tech industry. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Frontend Developer at Ness KDC, gaining valuable knowledge in frontend technologies. Marek then joined DAZN (formerly known as Perform Group) as a Frontend Developer, where they contributed to the sports entertainment platform using JavaScript libraries such as JQuery and Underscore. In 2015, Marek also started working at Doob.sk as a Full Stack Engineer, focusing on backend development in PHP for an ecommerce platform. In 2017, they relocated to San Diego, California, to join Solar Turbines as a Software Engineer. During their time there, Marek built hybrid mobile applications using Cordova and later migrated them to React Native. Marek also gained experience in implementing mobile-specific features such as biometrics and geolocation. Most recently, Marek joined HOTOVO in 2020 and has held the roles of Technical Team Lead and Project Manager, Senior Frontend Developer, demonstrating their leadership and technical skills.
Marek Ondrejcik completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Košice, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.
