Gemma Hardy has worked for several companies in various roles throughout their career. Gemma started their professional journey in 2003 as an Associate at PwC, where they worked until 2006. Gemma then joined Grant Thornton UK LLP as a Corporate Finance Manager from 2007 to 2010. Gemma moved on to Cargill, where they took on the role of Accounting Manager from 2011 to 2013. Gemma returned to Grant Thornton UK LLP in 2014 as an Associate Director, a position they held until 2019.
