Sarosh Mistry

Sarosh Mistry is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the food service and home care industries. As a Member of the Board of Directors for various organizations, including ProNep and Active Global Caregiver, Sarosh contributes to enhancing service delivery in skilled care and home care sectors. In a leadership capacity at Sodexo since August 2011, Sarosh serves as CEO and Chair of Sodexo North America, overseeing significant revenue-generating divisions and a workforce of 150,000 associates. Additionally, Sarosh is involved with SavorEat, HourWork, and Kiwibot as an advisory board member, focusing on innovation in plant-based products, workforce management, and robotics, respectively. Holding an MBA from the University of California and a BA in International Management from St. John's University, Sarosh has previously excelled as CEO of Eurest Dining Services under Compass Group.
