Leona Sylak has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage and valuation industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Valuation Operations at HouseCanary since March 2021, Leona has held various roles including Sr. Valuation Operations Analyst and Operations Analyst. Prior experience includes positions at First American Title as a Vendor Relations Specialist, Chase as a Quality Review Analyst and Gain Loss Specialist, Florida Capital Bank as part of the Loan Setup/Conditions Team, and Wachovia Mortgage Corporation as a Mortgage Loan Processor II and Construction Loan Administrator. Leona began the career at ABN AMRO Mortgage Capital Markets Group, Inc. as a Mortgage Release Representative. Leona completed studies at Florida Community College of Jacksonville from 1998 to 2000.
