Sam Niemann is an accomplished animator and creative professional with extensive experience in the animation industry. Currently serving as an Animator at HouseSpecial since August 2014, Sam also operates NiemannWorks Animation, providing directorial and production expertise for various commercial and independent cartoon projects from March 2002 to the present. Previous roles include Animator and Storyboard Artist at Renegade Animation from 2006 to 2016, working on prominent television series such as The Mr. Men Show and Tom and Jerry, as well as similar positions at Bent Image Lab and Laika. Sam holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Kansas City Art Institute, where education was completed from 1987 to 1991, specializing in traditional 2D animation as well as digital formats like Flash and ToonBoom.
